What is a zine?
A zine is a small magazine-like self-published project centered around a specific topic or theme. They can be distributed digitally or in physical magazine- or book-like formats. Fanzines often have merchandise accompanying them, such as charms, stickers, prints, and more.

Numbers are TBD pending interest check and final merch line-up, but tentative ranges are: 25-30 artists, 6-8 writers, and 6-10 merch artists.

Applications Guidlines
Page ArtistsPage Artists are required to submit links to 3 samples showcasing what you consider your best work. Additionally, please provide a portfolio of 5-10 completed works that demonstrate the range of your abilities.Requirements:• Samples do not need to feature March 7th, but it’s encouraged to include one with her.
• Samples must include full backgrounds (not just solid colors, gradients, or graphic design elements).
• All submitted work must be independently created; collaborations with other artists are not allowed.
• Portfolio pieces must be fully rendered (i.e., fully colored and completed—no rough sketches or WIPs).
• Works may feature ships, but NSFW content is strictly prohibited.
• AI-created or AI-assisted content is not permitted in any submissions.
• Your 3 sample links may be included in your portfolio if desired.Evaluation Criteria:• We will assess your work based on anatomy, color usage, composition, consistency, and other factors. Dynamic poses are preferred.Please make sure your samples and portfolio are accessible to anyone with the link. Inaccessible links may impact your application.•

Merch ArtistsMerch Artists are required to submit links to 3 samples of what you consider your best merch designs. Additionally, please provide a portfolio showcasing your range in merch design.Requirements:• Samples don’t need to feature

• You may include your 3 sample links within your portfolio if desired.
• All pieces in the portfolio must be fully finished (fully colored, no rough sketches or WIPs).
• Photographs of produced merch that you’ve designed are highly encouraged. If physical samples aren’t available, digital mock-ups are acceptable.Evaluation Criteria:Your work will be assessed based on style, color, design, and consistency.Please ensure your samples and portfolio links are accessible to anyone with the link. WritersWriters must submit links to 3 samples that showcase what you consider your best work.Requirements:• Samples do not need to feature March 7th, but it’s encouraged to include at least one with her.

• Completed one-shots are preferred, but excerpts are allowed as long as at least one sample is a complete, stand-alone piece.

• Your 3 samples should be submitted as individual links from Google Docs, AO3, or FFN.
